Place a heat safe bowl over a small pot of simmering water (water should just touch the bottom of the bowl)
Add cacao butter to the bowl, stirring occasionally until fully melted
Remove from heat, then add in cocoa powder and combine using a milk frother or immersion blender
Add maple syrup and mix well
Pour into silicone chocolate chip molds
Freeze 30 minutes until set
Store in the freezer or fridge
