Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy, then mix with the milk.
Now add the salt, flour and baking powder and stir everything into a smooth batter. It is a good idea to leave the batter to rest for a while, as the flour will still swell.
Then pour 1 - 2 large ladles of batter into a non-stick frying pan heated to a medium heat. After about 2 minutes, small bubbles will form, then turn the pancake once and fry on the other side until golden brown.
