  2. Add cornstarch, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and mirin to the pork mixture

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix in cold water until well combined

  4. Layer dumpling wrappers or wonton pastry in a ramekin, brushing with water between layers

  5. Spread the pork filling mixture between the dumpling wrapper layers

  6. Continue layering wrappers and filling until all ingredients are used, ending with a wrapper layer

  7. Cook according to preferred method until golden and cooked through
