Homemade Chicken Alfredo
  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.

  5. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

  6. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package directions.

  7. While pasta is cooking, melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat.

  8. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  9. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

  10. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth.

  11. Return chicken to the skillet and stir to coat with sauce.

  12. Drain pasta and add it to the skillet with the chicken and sauce.

  13. Toss to combine and heat through.

  14. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
