-1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained and rinsed
-1 cup brown sugar
-1 cup corn meal
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put all the ingredients into a baking dish (I use a deep pie dish). Mix well.
Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top begins to crack.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
-2 tablespoons margarine
This is halfway between a pudding and a bread. It's sweet and goes great with savory dishes and is especially awesome under hoppin' john and chili.
