  1. Soak dates in hot water for 5–10 minutes if firm, then drain

  2. Blend all ingredients until completely smooth (at least 60–90 seconds)

  3. Pour into a lined 8x8 pan and sprinkle lightly with flaky salt

  4. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes, until the top looks set and the center barely jiggles

  5. Cool completely at room temperature

  6. Refrigerate for 3–4 hours or overnight to fully set before slicing
