Kelly’s Breakfast Casserol

Ingredients:

Leah’s optional: 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder

Kelly’s option: melt ½ stick of butter add to recipe add to recipe

    Steps:

  1. Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) grease 13x9 pan

  2. Crack eggs in large bowl then add condensed soup, sour cream, and melted butter (if adding)

  3. Add hash browns, onion, salt, sausage, and pepper in a large bowl.

  4. Transfer to greased pan

  5. Cover casserole and bake in the preheated oven until hot and top is crispy, about 40 minutes. Then take off tinfoil and add a bit of shredded cheese and cook for another 10 min uncovered

  6. Serve warm!
