Bread the Cheese: Coat each mozzarella stick in flour, dip in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs. For extra crunch, dip again in egg and breadcrumbs.
Freeze: Place breaded sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours.
