In a food processor, blitz the prawn meat with seasoning until a thick paste is formed (about 1 minute).
Stir in the sesame oil.
Spread the filling on your bread of choice.
Heat the oil in a pan (about 2 cups worth) until it's about 160-170C or when gentle bubbles sizzle when a wooden chopstick is placed in it.
Fry for 2-3min on each side or until the bread is crunchy and the filling is cooked through.
Cut into portions and serve with Japanese mayonnaise (optional).
