Get some chicken breast or thighs into the oven with salt and pepper for 20 mins
Dice up your favourite veggies & get them into a pan with salt, pepper, garlic & thyme
Use two forks to shred your chicken breast and add to the veggies
Add in your fave or homemade chicken stock - add more salt if it isnt seasoned
Blend up half
Then add a noodle nest or cook separately
Plate up with bread and butter, top with lemon juice, pepper, parsley, spring onion & cream
