  1. Get some chicken breast or thighs into the oven with salt and pepper for 20 mins

  2. Dice up your favourite veggies & get them into a pan with salt, pepper, garlic & thyme

  3. Use two forks to shred your chicken breast and add to the veggies

  4. Add in your fave or homemade chicken stock - add more salt if it isnt seasoned

  5. Blend up half

  6. Then add a noodle nest or cook separately

  7. Plate up with bread and butter, top with lemon juice, pepper, parsley, spring onion & cream
