Chicken Udon
  1. In a pot coated with spray oil, cook your cut chicken thighs & minced garlic.

  2. Add in your nappa cabbage, chicken broth, and water and let it boil.

  3. Add in your soy sauce, miso paste, sliced cabbage, mushrooms, salt, pepper, green onions, onion powder, and sesame oil.

  4. In another pot, cook your udon noodles and transfer the cooked noodles into cold water.

  5. Add your cooked noodles into the udon soup and enjoy!
