Chickpea Chocolate Cream
  1. Drain the can of chickpeas and dry them with a kitchen towel

  2. Transfer chickpeas to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and drizzle date syrup on top

  3. Bake the chickpeas in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes

  4. Soak the pitted dates in boiling hot water for 15 minutes

  5. Blend the roasted chickpeas with the soaked dates, vanilla extract, hazelnut butter, cacao powder, oat milk, and salt

  6. Transfer the cream to a bowl or container

  7. Serve on your favorite bread
