Healthy Chocolate Crackles
  1. Over a low heat, warm the coconut oil, syrup and sugar until combined. Mix in the cacao powder.

  2. Add the grains and almonds and mix to coat fully.

  3. Place in silicon muffin cases and freeze for 1 hour.

  4. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.

  5. As with any raw treat these need to to be kept chilled (or they will fall apart).
