  1. In a pot, layer the rice, water, meat, then vegetables. Steam for about 15-20 minutes until the rice is tender.

  2. At this point if you'd like, you can add an egg and steam for a bit longer (about 3 min) until the egg is cooked through.

  3. Mix the rice and toppings before eating.

  4. Add gochujang sauce and broccoli sprouts.
