Strawberry Protein Mousse
  1. Prepare the sugar-free jelly mix with 250ml boiling water according to package instructions

  2. Allow the jelly to cool slightly

  3. Mix 290g Greek yogurt with 1 scoop strawberry or vanilla protein powder

  4. Add a pinch of salt to the mixture

  5. Fold the protein yogurt mixture into the cooled jelly

  6. Chill until set and serve
