Flour Tortillas
  1. Warm milk (or water), butter, and oil (don't boil)

  2. Mix dry ingredients, add warm liquid, combine into soft dough (don't overwork)

  3. Lightly oil, cover, and chill 90 min

  4. Divide into 12 balls, rest 15 min

  5. Preheat pan/griddle to medium-high

  6. Roll into thin circles (6-7")

  7. Cook ~30 sec, flip, cook ~20 sec

  8. Wrap in towel
