  1. Preheat oven to 425F.

  2. Dab the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and add them to an oven-safe dish, making sure not to overcrowd them.

  3. Drizzle the chicken with oil, mustard, lemon juice, salt, onion powder, dried dill, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

  4. Bake the chicken for 35 minutes, then remove it from the oven, spoon over the juices at the bottom of the dish, and bake for another 5 minutes.
