Marinade- in a large bowl, mix chicken, olive oil, white wine OR chicken bouillon, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon salt. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
In another bowl, mix panko crumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, red pepper flakes, remaining salt & pepper.
Preheat grill to medium high
Once chicken has marinaded, remove from refrigerator and add the breadcrumb mixture to the chicken and toss until it's evenly coated. Add chicken to skewers.
Place chicken on grill and cook for about 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F Finish with a brushing of lemon butter.
OVEN INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 400°F Cook for 10-15 minutes and then turn oven to broil and broil each side for about 3-4 minutes.
