Preheat oven to 165°C. Prep a buttered and floured 9×13 dish. Whisk wet ingredients, add flour, stirring until just combined. Fold in your apples.
Pour batter into prepared dish.
Combine last 3 ingredients to make a topping and sprinkle / spread it evenly over the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes. Test with a toothpick if needed. Serve with honey butter or whipped cream if you want.
