Pickled Onions
  1. In mason jars, fill with sliced red onions.

  2. Add in apple cider vinegar ¼ of the way full.

  3. Then another ¼ of distilled white vinegar.

  4. About a teaspoon of salt and black pepper.

  5. About a tablespoon of honey.

  6. Crushed red pepper to preference.

  7. Fill rest of the way with boiling water.

  8. Let sit at room temp then shake and store in refrigerator.
