In mason jars, fill with sliced red onions.
Add in apple cider vinegar ¼ of the way full.
Then another ¼ of distilled white vinegar.
About a teaspoon of salt and black pepper.
About a tablespoon of honey.
Crushed red pepper to preference.
Fill rest of the way with boiling water.
Let sit at room temp then shake and store in refrigerator.
