Lemon Coriander Maggi
  1. Bring plenty of water to a rolling boil. Add a little oil and the two Maggi noodle cakes. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the noodles are just done. Check by cutting a noodle with a spoon. If it cuts easily, they are ready.

  2. Drain the noodles and spread them out on a large plate to prevent them from sticking together.

  3. Heat some butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic and green chilli and sauté until fragrant. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.

  4. Add both Maggi tastemakers, salt and ½–1 packet of Masala Magic, depending on how spicy you like it. Mix well.

  5. Pour in 2–3 tablespoons of water and mix until the masala thickens and the water almost evaporates. Add the soy sauce and mix again.

  6. Gently add the boiled noodles and toss everything together using two forks or tongs. Be careful not to break the noodles.

  7. Add lemon juice, fresh coriander and a little extra butter. Gently mix everything together and serve hot!
