Cook 3 lbs 96/4 grass fed ground beef with heavy onion, garlic, and paprika
Cook 2 cups of raw rice in a rice cooker
When beef is halfway done, add 32 ounce bag of frozen veggie mix, cover with lid and cook for 15-20 minutes
Mix sauce ingredients: 250g plain Greek yogurt, 50g light mayo, 50g no sugar ketchup, 3g garlic, 3g onion, 15g Sriracha, and 20g rice vinegar
Add cooked rice to the beef and veggie mixture
Add sauce to the mixture and stir well
Disperse into 10 meal prep containers
