Slow Cooker Rice Pudding
  1. Lightly butter the inside of your slow cooker to prevent sticking

  2. Add rice, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Stir to combine

  3. Cover and cook on high for 2-2.5 hours, stirring occasionally until the rice is tender and the mixture is thick and creamy

  4. If the pudding is too thick, stir in a splash more milk. It will thicken slightly as it cools

  5. Enjoy warm or chilled, topped with a sprinkle of jam
