Prepare your sauce by combining the ingredients in a bowl and add the boiling water and stir until all the ingredients are dissolved
Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté spring onions and bean sprouts until soft
Add the noodles to the pan then add the sauces and stir well
Ensure you all the noodles well covered in the sauce, then allow 5-7 minutes for the noodle to absorb the flavours of the sauce & the liquid to evaporate
