Mash sardines in a bowl with a fork
Add boiled potatoes and mash further
Squeeze half a lemon into the mixture
Add parsley, black pepper (salt and chilli powder for grown ups)
Add 3 tbsp plain flour
Mix further then use your hands to roll the mixture into 12 balls and flatten
Fry in olive oil on high heat for a couple minutes on each side. Leave to cool and serve to your baby.
