20 Minute Summer Naan Pizzas
  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF.

  2. Arrange 4 naan breads on a large rimmed baking sheet.

  3. Spread pesto evenly over each bread.

  4. Arrange sliced shallots, peaches, and prosciutto overtop.

  5. Scatter torn pieces of mozzarella cheese over toppings.

  6. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and edges of naan are crisp.

  7. Drizzle naan pizzas with balsamic glaze and scatter torn basil leaves overtop.

  8. If desired, garnish with a pinch of chili flakes or Aleppo pepper for a kick of heat.

  9. Slice each naan pizza into thirds and serve.
