  1. Dice and spice your chicken thighs AND your cornstarch with 1 tsp of each of the above seasonings

  2. Coat your chicken in the seasoned cornstarch then spray with cooking oil and air fry at 400°F for 15-18 min, shaking and spraying after 12 min

  3. While that cooks, mix the diet OJ, soy sauce, garlic & ginger paste, rice vinegar, optional chili flakes for more heat, orange zest, and cornstarch slurry

  4. Let simmer on low-medium heat for about 10 min to thicken, stirring occasionally

  5. Once the sauce is thiccc, toss your chicken in and serve with white rice

  6. Enjoy 🤤
