Smoked Peach Cobbler

Peach Cobbler Filling

    Biscuit Topping

  1. Combine all of the peach cobbler filling ingredients and place in an 8" cast iron skillet

  2. Combine the biscuit ingredients minus the sugar in a small bowl. Use a pastry cutter or fork to combine.

  3. Crumble the biscuits on top of the cobbler, and place in your smoker at 225 degrees.

  4. After 15 minutes adjust the temperature of your smoker up to 350 degrees. Let the cobbler cook for an additional 35-45 minutes. It's ready when the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

  5. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
