Best Ever Pineapple Upside Down Cake
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Pour melted butter into pie plate and sprinkle with brown sugar.

  3. Arrange pineapple slices and cherries at bottom of pan.

  4. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, beat in eggs, and stir in vanilla.

  5. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.

  6. Alternate adding flour mix and milk into butter mixture.

  7. Spread batter evenly over pineapple layer.

  8. Bake for 30 minutes, cover with foil, and bake 15 more minutes.

  9. Cool 10–15 minutes, then flip onto plate and serve.
