Tomato, Mozzarella & Basil Stuffed Flatbreads
  1. Add flour and Greek yoghurt to a bowl and gradually form a dough using a wooden spoon

  2. Heat the dough for about 5 minutes until it's nice and smooth

  3. Cut the dough into 8 pieces

  4. Chop some sun dried tomatoes, basil, feta, mozzarella, and cream cheese and mix them together

  5. Flatten out the dough pieces and add the filling, then pinch the ends up to the middle and pinch the middle

  6. Cook the stuffed flatbreads low and slow for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown
