Roasted Tomato Burrata Dip With Garlic Bread Crostinis
  1. Add cherry tomatoes to a baking dish and drizzle generously with olive oil to coat the bottom

  2. Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, parsley, and oregano

  3. Bake at 425°F for 20-30 minutes until tomatoes burst, gently smashing them halfway if needed

  4. While baking, slice a French baguette and spread with garlic butter mixture (butter, garlic, salt, parsley, parmesan)

  5. Toast the garlic bread for 5-7 minutes until golden

  6. Top roasted tomatoes with parmesan, fresh basil, and burrata

  7. Stir everything together and serve hot with garlic bread crostinis
