Asian Cucumber Salad
  1. If you don't have a mandoline, it's all good. Just go ahead and use a knife.

  2. Either way works.

  3. I'm gonna be using two cutie boy cucumbers.

  4. Go in with a little bit of rice vinegar.

  5. Splash of soy sauce for the saltiness.

  6. Just a touch of sesame oil.

  7. Small drizzle of honey for sweetness.

  8. Do a big old glob of your favorite chili oil.

  9. The step is optional. If you don't rock with the sesame seeds, I like to put at least two tablespoons in there.

  10. Add a clove of garlic. Also optional.

  11. Add green onion. I like the flavor that it gives.

  12. Before serving, shake it up a bit to get all those juices on there.
