If you don't have a mandoline, it's all good. Just go ahead and use a knife.
Either way works.
I'm gonna be using two cutie boy cucumbers.
Go in with a little bit of rice vinegar.
Splash of soy sauce for the saltiness.
Just a touch of sesame oil.
Small drizzle of honey for sweetness.
Do a big old glob of your favorite chili oil.
The step is optional. If you don't rock with the sesame seeds, I like to put at least two tablespoons in there.
Add a clove of garlic. Also optional.
Add green onion. I like the flavor that it gives.
Before serving, shake it up a bit to get all those juices on there.
