Ingredients:
Cube the chicken and cut the vegetables into thin slices.
Heat a wok on high heat. Add come avocado oil and heat until it smokes.
Add the chicken and cook until barely done. Remove to a bowl.
Add the vegetables. Sprinkle with black pepper. Cook until barely done.
Add soy sauce and tamarind concentrate. Stir to remove fond from the wok.
Return the chicken to the wok. Stir to coat with sauce and heat evenly.
Serve
