Salted Brown Butter Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350F

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together egg yolks, cane sugar, brown sugar, browned butter (cooled until warm), vanilla, and sourdough discard until smooth

  3. Mix in all purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms

  4. Fold in dark chocolate chips

  5. Transfer to a parchment paper lined baking sheet using a large cookie scoop (or about 3 tbsp at a time)

  6. Top with more dark chocolate chunks

  7. Transfer to the oven for 12 minutes

  8. Transfer the baking sheet to a wire rack to cool

  9. Top with flaky salt
