Press the tofu to drain the excess liquid if you are using a brand which is unpressed.
Cut the tofu into small cubes.
Mix together the miso paste, salt and hot water until uniform.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and whisk well.
In an airtight container, add in the cubed tofu, pour the marinade on top and give it a shake.
Allow it to marinate in the fridge overnight.
Enjoy with as breakfast with fresh herbs, on salads, on pastas, or any way you like.
