Mexican Shredded Chicken
  1. In a medium saucepan add chicken breasts and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil; add salsa, taco seasoning, cumin, garlic, and chili powder.

  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

  3. Start pulling chicken apart with 2 forks into strings. Cover and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.

  4. Add hot sauce. At this point, you can add water if needed as well if the sauce becomes too thick. Cook until chicken is fully cooked.
