  5. The following day, you will find that the yogurt has thickened into a cream cheese consistency.

  6. Shape the cream cheese as you like.

  7. If you wish, you can add flavor by mixing in chives or spring onions.

  8. Serve the cream cheese on a bagel, drizzled with honey, olive oil, and a splash of lemon juice.
