Preheat your oven to 350°F. Coat a shallow pie pan with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, stir together the chicken, buffalo sauce, yogurt, cottage cheese, ¼ cup cheddar cheese, onion powder, and kosher salt. Spread into the prepared dish and sprinkle with the remaining ¼ cup cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles.
Bake until bubbly and heated through in the center, about 20 to 25 minutes. Garnish with the scallions.
