Pineapple Tart
  1. Crush marie biscuits. Melt butter. Mix the two together and press into a pie dish. Put the dish in the fridge until needed.

  2. Add water to jelly and a little juice from the pineapple.

  3. Add the crushed pineapple.

  4. Whip the cream and fold into the jelly and pineapple mixture.

  5. Pour into the prepared pie dish and refrigerate until set.
