High Protein Veggie Bake
  1. Throw all the veg in.

  2. Mix the eggs, egg whites and milk.

  3. Season and pour over.

  4. Top with the feta and bake for 30 minutes at 180C (360F).

  5. You'll know it's done when it swells up and browns nicely.
