3-ingredient Chocolate Cake
  1. Mix up the ingredients

  2. Transfer batter to a 8" pan lined with parchment paper and spray with non stick

  3. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes

  4. Cool completely

  5. For the ganache glaze, heat ½ cup dairy free milk and 2 cups of your favorite chocolate chips until smooth

  6. Pour the ganache over the cake

  7. Any leftover ganache can be stored in the fridge for 2 weeks in an airtight container
