Mix up the ingredients
Transfer batter to a 8" pan lined with parchment paper and spray with non stick
Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes
Cool completely
For the ganache glaze, heat ½ cup dairy free milk and 2 cups of your favorite chocolate chips until smooth
Pour the ganache over the cake
Any leftover ganache can be stored in the fridge for 2 weeks in an airtight container
