Mix all the ingredients listed above in a large bowl. Allow to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before using.
In a large bowl, mix together Oats, brown sugar, flour and salt. Once fully combined evenly add in melted butter slowly. Mix well ensuring the butter is evenly distributed in the crumble.
Take your ramekins and fill them ¾s with the apple filling. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the crumble on top and lightly press it down. Pre heat oven to 350f and bake for 25-30 minutes on the middle oven rack. Once fully cooked allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Finish with vanilla ice cream and caramel.
