Activate Yeast
Combine milk, yeast, and 2 teaspoons sugar. Let stand 5-10 minutes until foamy.
Prepare Dough
Whisk flour and salt.
Add remaining sugar, butter, oil, and eggs to yeast mixture.
Add flour mixture in three additions. Knead 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Transfer to oiled bowl, cover, and let rise 1 hour until doubled.
Shape Rolls
Punch down dough. Divide into 24 portions (35-40g each). Roll into oval balls.
Dip tops of dough balls into breadcrumbs. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced 1½ inches apart.
Cover loosely and let proof 20-30 minutes until puffy.
Bake Rolls
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Transfer to wire rack.
