Line a loaf tin or small container with baking paper.
Add the almond meal, protein powder, and sea salt to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Add the nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, then mix until a thick dough forms.
Fold through the dark chocolate chips.
Press the mixture evenly into the lined loaf tin.
Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to set.
Slice into 8 bars and store in the fridge or freezer.
