Flourless Pumpkin Bread
  1. Mix pumpkin purée, almond flour, eggs, erythritol, dark chocolate chips, baking powder, and cinnamon until smooth.

  2. Pour into a lined 20×10 cm loaf pan.

  3. Swirl melted dark chocolate on top.

  4. Add extra chips.

  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

  6. Let it cool before slicing.
