At Home: Bring the Baja Blast to a simmer and cook until it’s reduced to between half and one-third of its original volume, roughly 30-45 minutes. Let cool and pour into a leakproof bottle.
In Camp: Pour the milk and Baja Blast syrup into a bowl. Add the pudding and mix until smooth.
Heat two tablespoons of water until warm, then mix in the cornstarch until it forms a smooth slurry. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the pudding and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Add equal parts green and blue food coloring until the mixture is a deep teal. Stir until uniform, then let set for ten minutes.
Crumble a graham cracker into coarse bits and line the bottom of a camp mug with them. Spoon in ⅓ cup pudding mixture and top with more graham cracker bits and marshmallows. Grab your spoon and Baja Blast off.
