Preheat oven to 375°F.
Stir together cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, ranch seasoning, and pepper in a large bowl.
Fold in shredded chicken and cheese until everything is well coated in sauce.
Transfer dip to a 10-inch cast iron skillet or ovenproof dish and cover with foil.
Bake 15–20 minutes until the dip is heated through, and the cheese is melty.
Garnish with a sprinkle of blue cheese, green onions, and/or chives as desired.
Serve with chips, pretzels, or veggies.
