4 Ingredient Mini-egg Chocolate Crispy Cups
  1. Melt the chocolate in a large bowl in the microwave for 10 second bursts until smooth.

  2. Add the peanut butter and stir.

  3. Add the rice crispies, stirring again.

  4. Portion into the mini muffin tray (use an ice cream scoop for this).

  5. Add a little nest of mini eggs on top and press them down slightly.

  6. Set in the fridge for 1-2 hours then enjoy!

  7. Will keep in a sealed container in the fridge for 2-3 weeks (if they last that long!)
