Malaysian-style Char Siew (bbq Pork)
  1. Marinade the pork overnight.

  2. Roast in a 160°C oven for 1hr 30mins.

  3. Increase temperature to 220°C on grill setting for an additional 15-30mins to get a nice char.

  4. Baste the char siew with the remaining marinade a few times when you're cooking it.

  5. Give the char siew a final torch to finish to get that perfect char.
