Preheat your oven to 425F.
Melt the butter and chocolate together in a microwave safe bowl for about 1 minute or until melted and smooth.
In a separate bowl vigorously whisk together the sugar and egg until lighter in color about 3 minutes. Then whisk in the vanilla, salt and cocoa powder.
Whisk the melted chocolate and butter mixture into the egg mixture then Fold in the flour.
In a separate bowl stir together the powdered sugar and peanut butter.
Spray a 6 or 7oz ramekin with nonstick spray. Pour ⅔ of the batter into the ramekin. Dollop the entire peanut butter mixture in the center and then pour/spread the remaining batter on top.
Place in the preheated oven for 10-13 minutes or until the cake has risen and is just set. You don't want to over bake! Remove from the oven, let it sit for 3-4 minutes then carefully flip the cake out onto a plate and dust it with powdered sugar if you prefer. Enjoy hot!
